Positive: I stayed at this new hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was big and very spacious, everything felt fresh and exceptionally clean. The indoor pool was a great bonus, and the location made it super easy to find. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!
Negative: At check-in, we received very little information about the hotel or its amenities, and there was no clear signage in the lobby to guide guests to facilities like the pool. Room service wasn’t available—only bed and breakfast—so we had to go out for lunch and dinner. I was unexpectedly charged an extra $100 without any prior notice, which was later refunded, but again without explanation—very confusing. I had contacted the hotel in advance about a small arrangement for my wife's birthday and received a reply confirming something would be done, but unfortunately, nothing happened and there was no follow-up, even after checkout.
Summary: The hotel has potential, but better communication and guest service would make a big difference

It’s not overly luxurious, but it has everything you need to feel comfortable and well taken care of. The overall design feels modern and efficient, making it a great choice for travelers who value simplicity and quality without unnecessary extravagance.
Negative: One area for improvement would be the upkeep of the lobby during busy hours, especially at breakfast time. The trash bin in the lobby tends to fill up quickly in the mornings and would benefit from more frequent clearing to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast buffet could be arranged over a larger area. The current setup feels a bit crowded during peak hours, and spreading out the stations would make it easier for guests to access food and create a more relaxed dining experience. Other point is that the photos of the room must be updated on the website.
